Who is Jia?
She is a Goddess! :) Seriously she is! Maybe you can’t believe it but if you will meet her in person you will understand :)
Other than that Jia is a yoga & meditation teacher, sound healer, & spiritual entrepreneur from Toronto, Canada. She discovered yoga & meditation at a young age, which completely altered her life in the most positive way to connect with her mind, body, & spirit.
She completed her 200hr YTT in Los Angeles with celebrity instructor, Koya Webb, and is certified under Yoga Alliance.
Jia teaches a variety of yoga styles from Vinyasa to Yin/Restorative, customized for the students and vibe.
Jia is passionate about empowering those around her to embrace their feminine and masculine energies to be more in touch with their sensuality and strength.
You can expect to build strength mentally, physically and emotionally with Jia's guidance.
