This month (September 2020) a few of my big dreams came true :) Meeting Ted Ryce was one of them. I’m following Ted for over two years. He inspired me to change my own approach to health and nutrition and also start this podcast. I didn’t plan or even dream I will ever meet him in person but I guess the energy was so strong that it brought us in the same space and time in Playa Del Carmen in Mexico this month.
I’m living my best life at the moment. It doesn’t mean that everything is perfect but it means that I’m making my dreams happen. I do what I love and I’m shrouded by amazing people in my life. Stay tuned to my next episode about how I transformed my life and did something that I was dreaming about all my life!
Ted is one of the people in health and wellness industry that I admire the most because he does not fall in any extremes or isms. He present healthy holistic approach to wellness and his secret is tailored programs designed to each client individually.
